Biak is passionate about creating designs that truly resonate with her audience. As an intern from Purdue University, she’s eager to gain some real-world experience with Dearing Group. She believes that a strong brand is one that not only understands its audience but presents itself with honesty and transparency.

In her free time, Biak enjoys treating herself to good food—whether it’s a Cheesecake Factory indulgence or a delicious serving of kimchi, she’s always up for a great meal. She also loves reading, shopping, and exploring the world of professional dancing.

Why are you in this profession?
I enjoy creating things. When I finish a design, the feeling I get is something I don’t usually feel when I complete assignments or tests. It makes me happy that I can also help and make others happy through design.

Why are you at DG?
I am at DG to put my knowledge and skills in design into the real world. This is an amazing opportunity for me to gain real-world experience while being part of a team that works for the benefit of the community around it.

Everyone is living life at their own pace, you’re not behind.
