Challenge
Our long-standing client presented us with a unique challenge: create a content brand that would effectively connect with women beyond standard, care-based interactions. We know that women make the majority of health care decisions for their families. Our task was to develop a comprehensive content strategy that would genuinely connect with this key audience, all while further establishing Franciscan Health as a trusted partner in women’s health care.
Results
Our comprehensive content strategy resulted in the creation of the Inspiring Women brand. Designed to connect exclusively with women, this brand focuses on health from the perspective of mind, body and spirit. Members of this program have access to a variety of content from inspiring stories of thriving women to uplifting devotionals and helpful tips and techniques. Our content mix includes print, email, social media and in-person events. After launching, the results have been impressive — with consistent membership growth of over 10,000 in our first year. This unique content brand not only strengthens Franciscan Health’s position as a trusted partner, but it also provides a direct conduit to key, health care decision-makers in their markets.

Challenge
Our client faces the critical challenge of serving the mental health needs of their designated communities. As such, our responsibility is twofold. First, we must maintain a flexible project workflow to seamlessly accommodate any on-demand needs related to their marketing and communications efforts. Second, we are tasked with creating and maintaining on-brand content for each of their digital channels.
Results
